Sterling Edu-Consult Limited in collaboration with Sterling Educational Support Foundation registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, seeks to revise the dire challenges besieging wholesome and productive education in Nigeria by the introduction of a national interactive programme tagged: “LET’S TURN IT AROUND READ AND GET REWARDED”.

This programme consciously will address issues that will lead to the reversal of the apathy that attends the reading culture among Nigerians.

Our aim is not only to engender the zeal for knowledge power but also practically add the needed impetus to a knowledge-driven-economy which will start when Nigerians discover the imperatives of an effective reading culture. Our programme will introduce a reward system that will not only encourage reading but equally will assist the less privileged but academically sound segments of the society among the post primary and the tertiary levels through the award of scholarships to participants. Furthermore, teachers, who undeniably are the founts of knowledge, would also be encouraged as part of the measures to promote excellence and professional diligence.

Ultimately, this programme will boost the competitiveness among our local authors whose books will be selected in the course of the programme as national “best sellers” based on the content and appeal of their cerebral works.
